Journey  Workflow

Ride Activation

The rider receives a notification from the operator app on the nearest location of an available scooter / e-bike. The rider is granted permission to activate the vehicle.

Authentication

The rider is prompted to authenticate and activate the e-bike / scooter through the app. The rider completes the process by placing their mobile in the phone holder.

Headgear Safety

The rider is prompted to check for a safety helmet using the camera, once identified the image is held on the journey data file.

Rider Behavior

Once the ride has started they are monitored throughout. The rider will receive coloured notifications from the application highlighting a green, amber or red rating identifying their performance on the go.

Ride Starts

At the end of a ride, the app will verify a correct parking location. If the location cannot be verified then this will be reported in real time to help mitigate parking fines.

Green Status

The Rider has authenticated their Credentials and is Wearing a safety helmet.

Green Warning

The Rider is the driver. The Vehicle is ridden a safe and proper manner and within the correct road segment.

Amber Alert

The App will provide an amber warning to the Rider to take action in a safe manner.

Audible Alarm

If the rider fails to take notice, device will emit an audible alarm or siren that gives the rider a final warning to take action.

Red Warning

If the rider still fails to take action the the App will proceed to a Red Warning and may cut off the motor and disable the vehicle.

Secondary Tracking

The Rider will receive a notification through the app on why the Red Warning was provided.
